Where We Ship
VitalDrive ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location within the US. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Product-Specific Shipping Notes
- Health Supplements (MARATHON, 6AMRun Training Trio, Elite Reindeer Antler Extract, Liposomal Vitamin C, Formula 49, Alpha Buck): Supplements are packaged securely to maintain product integrity during transit. Please store products as directed upon receipt.
- Wera Automotive Tools (Socket Sets, L-Keys, Impact Sockets): Tool sets are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging. Larger sets may ship in multiple packages.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at irishjason81@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
