At VitalDrive, all products are sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Return and refund eligibility is subject to each supplier's policy, and we are committed to working on your behalf to make the process as smooth as possible.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at irishjason81@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will coordinate with the supplier to facilitate your return or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

  • Health supplements (MARATHON, Liposomal Vitamin C, and others) are non-returnable once opened due to health and safety regulations.
  • Wera automotive tools may be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days, provided all original packaging is intact.
  • Items damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photo evidence of the damage.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee helps cover the cost of coordinating returns with our third-party suppliers.

Final Sale Items

Certain products and variants are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. This includes opened health supplements and any items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Please review product listings carefully before ordering.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at irishjason81@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Because each product comes from a different manufacturer, return windows and warranty coverage vary. We strongly encourage you to review the documentation, packaging inserts, and manufacturer information included with your purchase for product-specific terms.

  • Health Supplements (MARATHON, 6AMRun Training Trio, Elite Reindeer Antler Extract, Liposomal Vitamin C, Formula 49, Alpha Buck): Review the product label and included materials for usage guidelines and any manufacturer satisfaction guarantees. Opened supplements are generally non-returnable.
  • Wera Automotive Tools (Socket Sets, L-Keys, Impact Sockets): Wera products are backed by the manufacturer's quality guarantee. Refer to the documentation in your packaging for warranty terms and claims procedures. Tools must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at irishjason81@gmail.com.
